NRK have announced that Marion Ravn and Fredrik Solvang will host the 2024 edition of Norsk Melodi Grand Prix, Norways national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.
Fredrik hosts a political talk show called Debatten while Marion Ravn has been releasing music since 2005 and currently is one of the panellists on the Norwegian version of South Korean gameshow The Masked Singer.

I have always loved Melodi Grand Prix. There is something very special about the whole country participating in the selection of our own representative for the world’s biggest music competition. I have always been in favor of the whole idea of Eurovision as a unifying peace project. A thousand thoughts ran through his head. I had to ask for advice from a bunch of people I trust and had to consider, among other things, whether it clashed too much with the work I usually do.

This years Melodi Grand Prix will have three semi-finals and a final with the winner set to represent the country in Sweden later in the year.
