Other countries:

We initially stated that Georgia would take part in the competition and have since removed this.

Usually the winner of Ranina represents the country at the contest but all references to Junior Eurovision have been removed and therefore we have not included them yet in the participating countries list.

RUV has stated that they are considering a debut at the competition. The contest has been broadcast in Iceland and receives high viewing figures in the country.

In 2021, Iceland sent a delegation to observe the contest.

NRK has ruled out participation in the competition.

Despite this the Polish broadcaster stated that a broadcaster from Norway had expressed an interest in competing. The only other broadcasting group in Norway that is an EBU member is the TV 2 Group. They are yet to comment on the competition.

Kazakhstan is an associate member of the EBU that has previously been invited to participate in the competition.

They withdrew in 2023 but have expressed an interest in returning this year subject to EBU invitation.

The Polish broadcaster TVP stated that no decision has been made on Kazakhstan’s participation.

Countries other than those listed have either confirmed their non-participation or have not commented on the competition at all.
