France Télévisions have not yet decided whether or not they will host Junior Eurovision next year.
Concerning Junior Eurovision, we will first celebrate the victory. Afterwards, we will discuss, as we have done each time, with the EBU, too find out where it would be best. There are many countries that want to organize, we don’t want there to be a French monopoly on Junior Eurovision

With France set to host the Olympic Games next year it has been suggested that the country may struggle financially to host any more events of this scale.
Italian broadcaster RAI were the last to pass up on hosting the event following their victory in 2014, The EBU announced that the hosting rights would be put up to an open bidding which Bulgaria won.
