Just minutes after confirming their debut in the 2023 contest ERR confirmed that Arhanna Sandra Arbma would be their representative at this years’ contest in Nice, France
The 11 year old will thus become the first to represent the nation at the contest. She was internally selected by ERR as she had won the 2022 edition of Tahtede Lava.
Arhanna is set to appear on Estonian program Ringvaade later today to discuss her participation – it is yet unknown when her song will be revealed.
