The European Broadcasting Union has confirmed that sixteen countries will be heading to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Nice
Among the confirmed participating countries are Estonia which will make its debut in the competition
Germany will also be back after a year out meaning that for the first time, all the Big Five countries will participate in the competition.
