The EBU has delayed opening the rest of the world vote.
There is no update on when it will open.
The vote has been delayed due to the ongoing discussions over the participation of Dutch entrant Joost Klein in tomorrows Grand Final.
It has not been confirmed exactly what the EBU are investigating and initial beliefs were that it was an incident involving Israel and their controversial inclusion in the competition this year however, several reliable sources have stated that the incident is not related to Israel in any way.
Joost Klein appeared during the practice flag parade this afternoon but did not rehearse and was removed from the show entirely ahead of the jury show.
Aftonbladet is reporting that the incident under investigation involves Klein being abusive and violent towards a female member of the production staff.
The publication also states that the EBU are holding “crisis talks” over how to handle the situation. The Dutch broadcaster so far has only confirmed that an investigation is underway but has not commented further on the investigation.
