Georgia has won the 2024 edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Andria Putkaradze won the competition with his song “To My Mom” and becomes the first Georgian act to win the competition since 2016 and the countries fourth winner overall.
He finished first in the jury vote on his way to winning the competition as well as receiving 69 points from the public.
The win sees Georgia return to the top of the Junior Eurovision winner’s leader board with their fourth victory in the competition.
The victory also means that Georgia will now receive the right of first refusal to host the 2025 edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
