Tonight at 9 pm CEST, Eurovision Young Musicians will take place live from Norway.
The event has been organised by the European Broadcasting Union and the host broadcaster NRK and will feature eleven participating broadcasters each representing their countries.
The current Eurovision Young Musicians champions are the Czech Republic who won the 2022 event.
Voting
Unlike other Eurovision events, there will be no public voting and no high-tension points revealed instead the decision on who will win the competition will be entrusted entirely to four jury members they are

The exact placements for most of the countries will never be revealed – the Jury will vote privately after all performances and the hosts will then announce which countries’ performers have finished in the top three positions after this the trophy will be handed over to the winner.

- Norway – Sebastian Egebakken Svenøy – Piano
- Poland – Jeremi Tabęcki – Clarinet
- Serbia – Bogdan Dugalić – Piano
- Sweden – Hugo Svedberg – Cello
- Switzerland – Valerian Alfaré – Euphonium
They will all perform pre-chosen classical music pieces – in 2022 these performances were limited to eight minutes however, this year they will be further limited down to just six and a half minutes.
Where to watch?
There will be no international broadcast of the competition this year so the broadcasts will be limited to only the participating countries.
Armenia, Czechia, Norway, Poland and Serbia will all broadcast the competition live while the remaining participating countries will broadcast the show on delay.
How long will the show last?
The show typically lasts around 2 hours however, there is a slight increase in the amount are participating countries this year together with a slightly shorter performance time.
Eurovision Young Musicians is the lowest-watched actively organised event that carries the Eurovision name, the event continues to be organised due to its cultural importance this will be the twenty-first edition of the competition that was first held in 1982.
